Wet Burrito Casserole

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 pkg taco seasoning (or taco seasoning of your choice) shopping list
- flour tortillas shopping list
- 1 can refried beans shopping list
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup shopping list
- 8 oz carton of sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef and onions together; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare as directed on seasoning pkg or season to your liking. Add can of re-fried beans to the beef (or omit if you are not fond of beans).
- Mix soup with 4 oz of sour cream. Spread enough of the sour cream/soup mixture to cover the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Put ground beef, some of the soup/sour cream mixture, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese inside tortillas and wrap like a burrito and place seam side down in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of burritos and spread any remaining sour cream and/or any remaining soup mixture on top of the burritos.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly hot.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, picante sauce, or any other veggies you like.
