German Potato Salad

- 2 pounds Potato shopping list
- 1/2 pound bacon shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped Onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup White Vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup White Granular Sugar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Spicy Mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Pepper shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cut potato's into cubes and boil is lightly salted water
- Cook potato's until fork tender, drain and put in ceramic or plastic bowl
- Fry bacon until very crispy and reserve drippings
- Remove bacon from pan and let cool, when cool crumble.
- Add Vinegar, Sugar and Pepper to drippings in fry pan and simmer
- Add Onions and cook until they begin to soften then stir in mustard.
- Pour dressing over the potato's, then add bacon and parsley.
- stir well and serve warm
