How to make it

  • Grate potatoes into a large mixing bowl
  • Finely chop onion and add to shredded potato then add salt and parsley
  • Add Egg, Milk and flower to potato and stir to incorporate
  • Heat oil/grease (or reserved bacon grease!!!) in a pan.
  • Fry potato in roughly 1/8-1/4 cup increments in pan
  • Fry both sides to golden brown
