- 2 cup Flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Salt shopping list
- 2 Eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup Milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients until batter is blended. (It will be very thick and starchy) See Photo
- Put spoonfuls of batter into a spatzel maker and press into boiling water See Photo
- When noodles float, they are done See Photo. Use a slotted spoon or spider to remove floating noodles.
