How to make it

  • 1. Mix two tablespoons warm milk with honey and yeast and leave for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Mix the sugar, flour, and with remaining milk with fork.
  • 3. Add the yeast and roll into a ball above the olive oil
  • 4. Leave the dough to rest for two hours.
  • 5. Refrigerate overnight. Then take out for rolling
  • 6. When rolling it out, take a ball fold in half paint with olive oil, fold again and flatten, then roll out and let rest for 15 minutes, press with your fingers to make craters then poke with fork. Circles should not be thicker than 1 cm each.
  • 7. Paint generously a tray with olive oil and place circles of your dough painted with the fillings you chose and bake for 10-15 minutes on lower thermostat then 3-5 minutes upper thermostat.
