How to make it

  • Into a food processor combine baking powder with chick peas. Empty into a big bowl and put beans with bsking soda in processor and pour over chickpeas.   • Into a deep skillet deep fry the falafel sesame topped disks for two minutes on each side and let on papet towels. Paint peeta or lebanese bread with 1 tablespoon tahineh align falafel add parsley mint onion tomato corriander and pickles roll into a stick divide in half and serve
