Lebanese Falafel-restaurant Style

- 2cups dry chickpeas soaked overnight in water 1teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1cup peeled and divided drybrown beans soaked overnight in water with 1teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1cup of each: dill, parsley, coriander all finely chopped shopping list
- 1teaspoon baking soda+1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 6 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1teaspoon of each: cumin, cinnamon powder, smoked paprika, dry coriander, black pepper, dry dill powder, tumeric. shopping list
- For Tahineh Sauce: shopping list
- 5tablespoons tahineh paste shopping list
- 3tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 5garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1teaspoon white vinegar shopping list
- 1teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 3 tablespoons greek yogurt shopping list

How to make it
- Into a food processor combine baking powder with chick peas. Empty into a big bowl and put beans with bsking soda in processor and pour over chickpeas. Empty spices and salt and black pepper over chickpeas and beans. Into processor put garlic dill parsley coriander and onion. Pour above seasoned chickpeas and beans. Mix by hand thoroughly.Let mixture chill for two hours. then take out form into disks dip in sesame seeds and put on tray to prepare for frying.
- Cut all your veggies for garnish and pickles.
- Empty all tahineh ingredients into food processor and mix then put into a bowl.
- Into a deep skillet deep fry the falafel sesame topped disks for two minutes on each side and let on papet towels. Paint peeta or lebanese bread with 1 tablespoon tahineh align falafel add parsley mint onion tomato corriander and pickles roll into a stick divide in half and serve
