How to make it

  • 1. Wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes, cut them into halves and place them in a bowl.
  • 2. Add washed and drained mulberries into it.
  • 3. In a small glass jar, combine the oil, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds.
  • 4. Close the lid tight and shake well till it’s combined.
  • 5. Pour the dressing all over the salad and let it sit for a couple of hours.
  • 6. Ideally, the salad should be refrigerated for a couple of hours for all the flavors to develop.
  • 7. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
