Berry And Cherry Tomato Salad

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup Organic Mulberries shopping list
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp Honey shopping list
- 1 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine Vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger Root, minced shopping list
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Toasted shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes, cut them into halves and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Add washed and drained mulberries into it.
- 3. In a small glass jar, combine the oil, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds.
- 4. Close the lid tight and shake well till it’s combined.
- 5. Pour the dressing all over the salad and let it sit for a couple of hours.
- 6. Ideally, the salad should be refrigerated for a couple of hours for all the flavors to develop.
- 7. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
