Roast Beef Sandwich Spread

- 8 ounces leftover roast beef (about 1 ½ cups) shopping list
- ¼ to ½ cup chopped yellow onions shopping list
- ¼ to ½ cup zesty Dill pickles, plus a teaspoon or two of the juice shopping list
- 1 dash of garlic powder (optional, I love garlic) shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste shopping list
- Yellow Mustard shopping list
- Mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Add onions beef and pickles in bowl of food processor. Pulse scraping sides until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Scrape mixture into a medium mixing bowl, and combine with seasonings, mayonnaise and mustard.
