  • Ayam (Sesuai selera, bs jg 1 baskom..Potong2)
  • 8 bj Bw. Merah
  • 6 bj Bw Putih
  • 20 bj Lombok Kecil (Terserah, bs Lombok Rawit)
  • Lengkuas (kalau mau pedes bgt)
  • Gula secukupnya
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Penyedap
  • Minyak Goreng
  • Air
  • Wajan (teplon atau seng deh...)
  • Kompor Gas (bs jg pake Kompor biasa atau diatas Bara... hehehehe)
  • Nasi Putih
  • Air Minum

Directions
  1. Cara Membuat :
  2. 1. Cuci bersih ayamnya, tiriskan
  3. 2. Ulek Bw. merah, Bw. Putih, Lengkuas n Lombok sampe ancur
  4. 3. Setelah halus, siapkan kompor n wajannya
  5. 4. Tumis yang diulek tadi dengan minyak goreng
  6. 5. Setelah wangi, masukan air secukupnya n ayam
  7. 6. Aduk2, masukkan gula, garam n penyedap
  8. 7. Tutup wajan n biarkan sampe mendidih n mateng
  9. 8. Kalo dah mateng, siapkan d n jgn lupa makannya pake nasi n siapkan air minum (biar ga kepedesen)
