  • 1. Cuci bersih ayamnya, tiriskan
  • 2. Ulek Bw. merah, Bw. Putih, Lengkuas n Lombok sampe ancur
  • 3. Setelah halus, siapkan kompor n wajannya
  • 4. Tumis yang diulek tadi dengan minyak goreng
  • 5. Setelah wangi, masukan air secukupnya n ayam
  • 6. Aduk2, masukkan gula, garam n penyedap
  • 7. Tutup wajan n biarkan sampe mendidih n mateng
  • 8. Kalo dah mateng, siapkan d n jgn lupa makannya pake nasi n siapkan air minum (biar ga kepedesen)
