How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl beat sugar and molasses till completely blended.
  • Notes: Store in a sealed container in a cool dark place.
  • I like to use about 2 Tbs. of Black Strap molasses. I add this to my measuring cup first and then proceed to use unsulfured till my measuring cup is full. Using a little Black Strap makes a richer tasting brown sugar.
