How to make it

  • Mix dry ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients, mix to form a sft dough, kneading a few times. Place in an oiled bowl, cover and let rise 45 minutes. Punch down, form into loaf, place in greased loaf pan. Make cuts on top, if desired. Cover let rise an additional 30 minutes. Brush top with additional oil, sprinkle with salt (I used Italian salt), bake at 350 until golden and loaf sounds hollow when tapped, 50-60 minutes.
