How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Boil and peel potatoes, slice 1/4 inch thick.
  • Butter large casserole.
  • Place a layer of potatoes in casserole, brush with butter
  • Salt and pepper top.
  • Cover with layer of onion, egg, sausage, then cheese.
  • Brush with butter.
  • Add another layer, finishing with potatoes.
  • Brush with butter.
  • Blend sour cream, milk, and flour. Spread on top.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until brown and bubbling.
