Layered Potato Casserole

- 2 pounds red potatoes shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced paper thin shopping list
- Velveeta slices shopping list
- 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced shopping list
- 4 TBS butter, melted shopping list
- 1 Cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 TBS milk shopping list
- 1 TBS flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. paprika shopping list
- Salt and Pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Boil and peel potatoes, slice 1/4 inch thick.
- Butter large casserole.
- Place a layer of potatoes in casserole, brush with butter
- Salt and pepper top.
- Cover with layer of onion, egg, sausage, then cheese.
- Brush with butter.
- Add another layer, finishing with potatoes.
- Brush with butter.
- Blend sour cream, milk, and flour. Spread on top.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until brown and bubbling.
