How to make it

  • Combine grated ginger and garlic. Rub on chicken and let stand 1 hour.
  • Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika, toss chicken.
  • Brown chicken in butter/oil, drain on paper towels, drain excess fat from pan. Return chicken to pan.
  • Add mushrooms, broth, wine and minced ginger, cooking until tender.Remove chicken and keep warm.
  • Boil pan liquid until reduced by 1/3. Add green onions and pour over chicken.
