Chicken Savoy

- 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces shopping list
- Zesty Italian salad dressing mix shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1 tsp. Ital seasonings shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese shopping list
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate chicken in next 8 ingredients for at least 2 hours or overnight.Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken and top with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
- Pour vinegar over chicken and serve.
