Spread For Your Italian Bread

- 2 Cups Fresh Italian flat leaf Parsley shopping list
- 1 Cup Fresh basil shopping list
- 2 cloves Garlic 3 if they are small shopping list
- 1/4 Of a large red onion or 1/2 if small shopping list
- 1/4 To 1/2 Cup 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Grated Locatelli cheese or other shopping list
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice + some zest shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the Parsley, Basil, Red Onion, Garlic and Grated cheese in a food processor.
- While the ingredients are being chopped drizzle in the olive oil until a smooth consistency.
- Add the lemon add some salt and pepper. Go light on the salt because the cheese is salty.
- Scrape down the sides of the food processor and pulse once or twice again. Taste and adjust with seasoning if needed.
