Savoury Parmesan Shortbread Snacks

- • 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened shopping list
- • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Parmesan & Herbs One Step Seasoning shopping list
- • 2 tsp (10 mL) granulated sugar shopping list
- • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) all-purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl with wooden spoon then mix with hands to form a smooth dough. Shape into ¾” (2cm) balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Press down with a floured fork.
- 2. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden around edges. Cool completely.
- Tips
- • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to a month.
- • These can also be served warm. To reheat, warm in a 350°F (180°C) oven for about 5 minutes.
