Family Favorite Mac And Cheese

- 1 pound of elbow macaroni shopping list
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 cups shredded colby jack shopping list
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan shopping list
- 2/3 cup cottage cheese (small curd) shopping list
- 2/3 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Lightly grease 9X13 pan.
- Boil Macaroni according to pkg and drain well.
- While macaroni is boiling, mix cottage cheese, sour cream and mustard (and pepper).
- Add parmesan to mixture.
- Add cheddar and colby jack.
- Stir - will be kind of dry. Add milk and stir.
- Add cooked macaroni when done and stir well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 20-40 min depending on how crispy you like it. Husband loves the crunchy edges so we bake about 40 min.
