- 2 quarts chopped cabbage shopping list
- 1 1/2 pound onions (6-8) shopping list
- 6 medium green peppers chopped shopping list
- 2 to 3 red peppers (hot) shopping list
- 1 quart green tomatoes (about1/2 lbs. chopped) shopping list
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup salt , stand overnight shopping list
- Then drain shopping list
- In large pot add: shopping list
- 6 cups vinegar shopping list
- 2 1/2 sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoon ginger shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mustard seed shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons turmeric shopping list
How to make it
- Simmer 5 ingredients in pot for 20 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer 20 minutes.Stirring occasionally, continue simmering while packing jars. Makes 6-8 Quarts
