How to make it

  • 1 Mince the garlic and pepperoncini. Briefly sauté in hot oil, careful not to burn.

  • 3 Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a cup of the pasta water.
  • 4 Add the cooked pasta to the tomato sauce along with the pecorino. Stir vigorously until the penne is well coated. Thin with a little pasta water if necessary.

    Hi Handsome :o)
How's it goin' in the 'Big D' this fine day?
Recipe reads palatable...but if you want some 'anger' heat that can reach the plateau with the highest percentage of piercing presents...Try the...'Reaper'
    ~but~
The 'Ghost' and I have kept company for some time and even thou it still is mistakenly believed to be the worlds 'Hottest'...it has slipped a peg or two on that scale.
    ~but~
Don't be fooled by the lack of numbers in those stars and stripes.
Witnessing the bellowing smoke from the flared nostrils and the intensity in the stare only gives credence that it can still bring a grown man to his knees!
    Have a great day!
    Kind Regards
    Joyce
