How to make it

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. (175 C).
  • 2. Place pie crust in 9-inch pie plate.
  • 3. In medium bowl, mix half-and-half, eggs, salt and pepper; set aside.
  • 4. Layer lobster, cheeses, asparagus, mushrooms and onion in crust-lined plate.
  • 5. Pour egg mixture over top.
  • 6. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 7. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into wedges.
