Easy Korean Bulgogi

- 4 tablespoons sesame seed oil shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed shopping list
- 2 pounds of flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the first four ingredients together, add the sliced steak and marinate at least 30 minutes, up to one day ahead.
- Grill quickly, turning once.
- Serve with rice, lime wedges, sliced green spring onions, sesame seeds or cilantro.
- Pork or chicken can be substituted for the steak.
