How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Combine all ingredients, except the chicken, to make a marinade.
  • Toss the chicken in the marinade mixture and place in a large baking dish.
  • Cover and bake 20 minutes, then turn the chicken over, remove cover and bake an additional 20-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
