How to make it

  • Place tortilla on a plate.
  • Top with tuna, lettuce, avocado, red pepper and tomato. Add salsa if desired.
  • Fold two of the opposite sides in. Take one of the remaining sides and roll tightly toward the center and over the mixture to form a cylinder.
  • Make sure sides are tucked in and slice in half.
  • Tip~ You can use a whole grain tortilla's to up the fiber content! Enjoy!
