- Leftover Mahi Mahi (or other white fish) – chop in processer just till finely broken up shopping list
- Remaining praline sauce – warm just to mix together easily shopping list
- Grainy mustard shopping list
- Egg shopping list
- Minced jalapeno shopping list
- S&P shopping list
- A few Ritz crackers – for binding, plus coating, finely crushed. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together, form into patties and chill for a couple of hours before frying or baking. I like to make at least one mini-fish cake and cook it right away to see if seasoning/heat/flavors are just right before making all the patties.
