Sweet Yet Spicy Marinade

my step dad gave me and my 2 brothers this as kids and it was always nice when I got older I started doing buffets for family and friends and added it to the menu on chicken drumsticks and it was always quite popular. Read more So now I thought I would share it with other people as it is stupidly easy as it only contains 5 ingredients that most people have in there kitchens. Also the marinated meat goes well with salad, rice, chips and diced chicken in a wrap. So I hope you enjoy it. See less
Ingredients
- 1/2 a jar of clear honey shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of tomato puree shopping list
- 1tsp chilli powder (hot) shopping list
- 1tsp soy sauce (dark) shopping list
- 1tsp Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- pinch of chilli flakes if you like it hotter shopping list
- season to taste shopping list
How to make it
- easy to do put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together and rub in to your choice of meat and leave to marinade for about 20 minutes.
