How to make it

  • 1. Put papaya puree, lime skin slices (if using) and sugar in a pan, mix well.
  • 2. Heat on medium heat, stirring often, till the mix gets thick.
  • 3. Once it is thick, turn off the heat, and add in lemon juice, remove the lime skin slices and mix well.
  • 4. Cool this down completely. Store this in a clean dry air tight container in fridge.
  • 5. Make sandwiches and enjoy..
  • Notes:
  • Store this jam in a air tight jar in fridge, it will stay good for a month.
