Rice Crispy Chocolate - Butterscotch Clusters

- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 package chocolate chips shopping list
- In a big enough pan add the six ingredients together and bring to a boil.When not using the chocolate chips and want to leave it out.Use the peanut butter.Mix well.Remove from the heat.Mix these ingredients together with this. shopping list
- 1 package butterscotch chips shopping list
- 4 to 6 cups rice crispies (Could use cheerios or captin crunch) shopping list
- 2 cups unsalted peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Combine the last 3 ingredients.Mix well.
- 2.In an 9x13 inch pan.Butter the pan and add the dough.
- Note: When making these as cookies.Drop by teaspoonfuls on a wax paper.Let stand until firm.Store in an airtight container.Serves roughly 12 to 15.It all depends on the servings.May get more.
