How to make it

  • 1.Cook the meat into a big enough saucepan.Drain the excess fat.
  • 2.In another saucepan combine water, tomato sauce, onion, optional green pepper, optional jalapenos, salt, pepper, liquid smoke or worcester sauce and other ingredients to your desire.Put it on high and bring to a bubble (boil) and than add the spaghetti thins or your choice of noodles.Turn burner to low heat.Put the lid on the saucepan and let it simmer for 30 minutes.Stir often.
  • 3.When spaghetti thins or your choice of noodles is done and set aside.Add the sauce to the meat.Mix well.In a bowl add enough of the food and sprinkle enough of the cheese.
  • Note: Could use the sauce without the meat and spaghetti thins or your choice of noodles and dip breadsticks or what ever you want to dip with the sauce.
