How to make it

  • Finely chop carrots, onion, and celery. Add carrot pieces to the boiling water with noodles. Cook noodles until done.
  • Meanwhile:
  • Brown onion and celery in a frying pan. Add tuna and cook until onions and celery are done. Add pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  • Drain noodles and carrots, mix in onion and tuna mixture. Blend in Mexican cheese.
  • Spread in buttered baking dish.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until browned.
