Spinach Lasagna

- 1 can spinach or bag spinach shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 can (26.5 ounce) or jar (24 ounce) spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1 container (24 ounces) cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- parmesan cheese, optional shopping list
- oven ready lasagna noodles shopping list
- other ingredients to your desire shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.Brown the ground beef, season with salt and pepper.Drain the excess fat.
- 3.In an 9x13 inch pan layer the noodles, spaghetti sauce, ground beef, spinach (when using can spinach squeeze the spinach to get the juice out), cottage cheese, both cheeses, optional parmesan cheese and top with the lasagna noodles.As long that you have extra spaghetti sauce add the extra sauce on top on the noodles.Cover with foil.Bake for 45 minutes or to your desire.Pull foil off and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes longer or to your desire.
