Ingredients
  • 3 c. of chopped peeled kiwi
  • 1 c. of unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 c. of sugar
  • 1 package of dry pectin

Directions
  1. First combine kiwi, pectin and pineapple juice in a large pan.
  2. Then you want to bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  3. Then add in the sugar, stirring until disolved.
  4. Next you can return to a rolling boil.
  5. This will boil hard for approx. 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Then you can remove from heat-skim off foam.
  7. This can be Ladled into clean hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  8. Finally, process aprocx. 10 minutes in a boiling water bath at altitudes up to 1000 feet.
