How to make it

  • First combine kiwi, pectin and pineapple juice in a large pan.
  • Then you want to bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  • Then add in the sugar, stirring until disolved.
  • Next you can return to a rolling boil.
  • This will boil hard for approx. 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Then you can remove from heat-skim off foam.
  • This can be Ladled into clean hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  • Finally, process aprocx. 10 minutes in a boiling water bath at altitudes up to 1000 feet.

    it's great.but I was allergy with kiwi since a came back from Australia.can I change the kiwi to orange or strawberry?
