White Chocolate Crunch Recipe

How to make it

  • Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
  • In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients.
  • In a microwave bowl mix the wafers and oil. Heat on high in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Mix after every interval.
  • Once melted add the dry mixture and stir until everything is coated in the melted chocolate.
  • Spread evenly on the cookie sheet. Place in the fridge until firm. Break into pieces.
