Paneer Shashlik With Bbq Sauce

- Paneer —150 gms, shopping list
- cubed Salt and pepper — to taste shopping list
- Toothpicks — a few shopping list
- Olive oil —1 tbsp shopping list
For the BBQ Sauce
- Mustard paste — 1/4 tsp shopping list
- balsamic vinegar —1/4 tsp shopping list
- Tomato ketchup — 1 tsp shopping list
- Chilli sauce —1/2 tsp shopping list
- Garlic paste —1/2 tsp shopping list
- Chilli flakes —1/2 tsp shopping list
- Mixed herbs — 1 tsp shopping list
How to make it
- Put the paneer on toothpicks and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients for BBQ sauce in a bowl and marinate the paneer in it.
- Heat a pan and fry the paneer with olive oil or butter for a few minutes on each side and serve.
