Instant Rava Dosa

- 1 cup Semolina shopping list
- 1 cup rice flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup maida shopping list
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper shopping list
- 2 small green chilies, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds shopping list
- a pinch of Asafoetida shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine semolina, rice flour, maida and salt in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Add 500 ml of water and mix well.
- 3. Add ground pepper, chilies, cumin, asafoetida. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. The batter will be thick. Add approximately 400ml water and mix well. It should be around the consistency of crepe batter, quite thin.
- 5. Heat a pan, then pour the batter to barely cover the pan. Do not fill the small holes that form. Pour 2 tsp oil on the edges and in the middle.
- 6. Let it cook for a minute or until brown. Flip. Leave for another minute. Remove from pan and serve hot.
