Pulled Pork And Potato Skillet

- About 3 cups of leftover pulled pork (I used Schwann's) shopping list
- 1/2 onion shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 2 or 3 boiled potatoes, peeled and sliced or you can substitute 2 cups cooked pasta shopping list
- 1/2 cup half and half or cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- Canned or fried, fresh mushrooms (optional) shopping list
- Pepper to taste shopping list
- Dash of oregano and tomato seasoning shopping list
- Tsp of dried basil shopping list
- Pan juices from pulled pork shopping list
- Olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Dice onion and garlic,
- Fry in olive oil until tender.
- Add leftover pork, potatoes or pasta, cooked carrots or peas, mushrooms, seasonIng, and meat juices, and simmer about 15 minutes on medium.
- Turn the heat to low.
- Add half and half and sour cream. Blend well.
- Cook on low until thoroughly heated.
