How to make it

  • place nuts in bowl and sprinkle the salt over. cover with 1" water and soak overnight
  • rinse 2-3x with clean water
  • add nuts to blender or food processor with other ingredients and blend until smooth
  • pour into 4 small bowls or ramekins and store until needed
  • warm the porridge in microwave on stovetop
  • Top with splash of nut or coconut milk and some berries or nuts
