How to make it

  • brown ground sausage with crushed garlic and drain. Cut cream cheese and add to meat mixture until melted and smooth. In a large bowl combine eggs, veggies (you can saute them before hand if you want them softer, we like crunch.) Pour over meat mixture and bake for 30-40 minutes until eggs are set. sprinkle with cheese of choice and place back in the oven until melted. It will only take a few minutes to melt.
  • I make mine in a cast iron skillet but you can put in baking dish or your choice of pan.
