How to make it

  • 1. Combine the oats, milk, stevia, cinnamon, and lemon zest in a small pot.
  • 2. Whisk all the previous ingredients until fully combined.
  • 3. Put your pot over the stove on medium heat and keep stirring until desired consistency. I like it creamy but not dry, it takes about 5-6 mins.
  • 4. Finally, pour your oatmeal in a bowl and top with the tbsp of chia and 1/2 a banana chopped.
