Clam Whiffle

The word "Whiffle" sounds like something from an old British movie. It is a recipe which I had the ingredients on hand and it Just went together. Paired it with dark greens and enjoyed! How long to make does NOT include oven time.
Ingredients
- 12 soda crackers (I used tomato basil crackers) shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 can minced clams--drain and save the liquid shopping list
- 2 T. chopped onion(omitted0 shopping list
- 1 T. chopped green pepper (I had orange bell, and bottled red also roasted, used about a T of each) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste (seafood spice mixture) shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten together shopping list
- measure the clam juice and add milk to get 1 cup. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in an ungreased casserole dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
