Roasted Cauliflower and Onion seasoned with Turmeric

- 1 head of cauliflower shopping list
- 1 yellow Onion shopping list
- Olive Oil shopping list
- Ground Turmeric, Salt, Pepper shopping list
- Garlic Powder and/or Paprika (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 (f) degrees.
- Break down a head of Cauliflower into bite size pieces.
- Peel and slice Onion.
- Place Cauliflower and Onion into a medium bowl and toss with enough Olive Oil to coat (about 2-3 Tablespoons).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and roast Cauliflower and Onion mix for about 30 minutes, till tender and starting to brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with ground Turmeric (about 1-2 teaspoon), salt, and pepper to taste.
- Lightly toss to distribute seasonings.
- ** Cauliflower heads and Onions vary in size which is why the amount of Olive Oil and seasonings will vary according to personal taste and approximate measurements are noted**
