How to make it

  • STEP 1 Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2 Cream the butter and brown sugar
  • STEP 3 beat in the peanut butter
  • STEP 4 add the eggs and vanilla.
  • STEP 5 Add the flour, oats, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6 Stir in the chips and toffee.
  • STEP 7 Press 2/3 of the dough into the pan.
  • STEP 8 Melt the caramel bits with the Eagle brand and butter. Pour over the dough.
  • STEP 9 Drop the remaining dough on top – kind of like crumbles.
  • STEP 10 Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
