Toffee, Peanut Butter & Caramel Cookie Bars

- 12 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup oats shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup peanut butter chips shopping list
- 1 cup toffee bits shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 11 ounce bag caramel bits shopping list
- 14 ounce can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. butter shopping list
How to make it
- STEP 1 Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- STEP 2 Cream the butter and brown sugar
- STEP 3 beat in the peanut butter
- STEP 4 add the eggs and vanilla.
- STEP 5 Add the flour, oats, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
- STEP 6 Stir in the chips and toffee.
- STEP 7 Press 2/3 of the dough into the pan.
- STEP 8 Melt the caramel bits with the Eagle brand and butter. Pour over the dough.
- STEP 9 Drop the remaining dough on top – kind of like crumbles.
- STEP 10 Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
