How to make it

  • 1.Brown sausage in some oil.Add chopped garlic.Do not let the garlic brown.Add the sauce and diced tomatoes.You can season it and simmer for a few hours.Betty sometimes added a couple of pieces of chicken and let them cook.
  • 2.If you have any leftover roast or pork, you can cube it up and throw that in also.Betty uses sauce if there's alot of meat.
