How to make it

  • Brown pork chops in a large skillet. Add onions, potatoes, and kraut with juice. Add some additional water, about 1/2 -3/4 cup. Simmer over medium heat, covered with potatoes until potatoes are done.
  • *For a crockpot, brown pork chops. Place them in the bottom of the crockpot. Top with onions, potatoes, kraut and juice. Add some additional water. Cook all day on low.
