How to make it

  • Wash & chop Swiss chard or kale into bite-sized pieces. Place the chard or kale leaves, tomatoes, oregano & garlic slices in a large baking dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, spicy pepper & black pepper.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst slightly.
  • Add beans and bake for 5 more minutes to heat them through.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature and serve.
