Cream Cheese Brownies Recipe

How to make it

  • Bottom Layer

  • Combine yellow cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
  • Spray a 13x9 pan with non-stick spray
  • Spread the cake mix into the bottom of the pan (I find using hands coated with butter or non-stick spray to work the best)

  • Top Layer

  • Combine the softened cream cheese, 2 eggs, and powdered sugar until reaching a smooth batter-like consistency.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over bottom layer above, using a spatula to spread evenly.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes
  • Allow to cool at least 30 minutes before attempting to cut.
