Sautéed Frozen Green Beans

- 60ml/2fl oz Water shopping list
- 450g/1lb frozen Green beans shopping list
- 2 to 3tbsp unsalted butter - to taste shopping list
- 2 to 3tbsp fresh Lemon Juice - to taste shopping list
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a wok/skillet, large enough to accommodate the beans, on a high heat, add the water and green beans, slightly salt to taste, stir and bring to the boil;
- Cook beans for some 2 to 3 minutes or so;
- Drain, remove the beans and set aside;
- Wipe the wok dry - use Kitchen towel - add the butter and melt on a medium heat;
- Return the beans to the pan, season with salt - if needed - & pepper to taste and sauté, stirring well to coat them, for 2 to 3 minutes or so until beans cooked but still with some bite;
- Remove from the heat, squeeze over the lemon juice to taste, mix through well and serve.
