How to make it

  • Preheat oven @ 350.
  • Use mixer to cream butter & sugar until fluffy. Blend Tahini to recombine oil & paste if separated, then beat into butter/sugar. Reduce speed to low, adding baking powder. Mix only until combined.
  • Refrigerate from 15 min to overnight.
  • Line cookie sheet w/ parchment paper. Roll Tsp of dough into ball, then roll ball in seasame seeds, covering completely. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool before removing.
