Chicken Braised In Red Wine

- 16 ounces chicken breast shopping list
- 3 cloves Garlic shopping list
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp vegetable Oil shopping list
- 25 ounces red wine shopping list
- 1 zest of a lemon shopping list
- Salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mince the garlic and zest the lemon.
- In a pan, heat oil and saute the garlic and chicken for 3 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, black pepper, and bay leaf.
- Add the wine, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 40 minutes.
- Once the meat is tender, season with salt and add some lemon zest.
