How to make it

  • Cook sausage. Drain. Add spinach and cream cheese. Stir.
  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Slice mozzarella into triangles. Place on parchment paper and bake 3-5 minutes until edges are brown.
  • Place mixture onto one side of the triangle and fold over and pinch sides. Serve with marinara.
