This is a super easy recipe that my sister came up with.
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds chicken fajita meat shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 to 2 boxes Creole foods dirty rice shopping list
- 1 can corn or peas, drain juice shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drain juice shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken shopping list
- 1 can milk shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the chicken till it comes to a boil.Drain well.Add the chicken back into the pan.Add the water according to the box from creole foods dirty rice, add the rice, add the corn or peas and diced tomatoes.Let it come to a boil and simmer for the minutes according to the box.Once it gets down to the last five minutes add the cream of chicken to the food.Add the milk into the can of cream of chicken and pour into the food.Mix well.
